On May 22, 2025, Laureate Education, Inc. (the "Issuer") granted to the Reporting Person an aggregate of 10,395 shares of common stock, par value $0.004 per share ("Common Stock") consisting of 1,981 shares of Common Stock and 8,414 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), as part of the Issuer's (i) 2025 annual retainer for non-employee director service in connection with the Reporting Person's service as a member of the Issuer's board of directors (the "Board") and (ii) the 2025 annual chairman retainer. | Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Common Stock. The RSUs will vest in three installments at the end of each of the remaining calendar quarters of 2025, provided that the Reporting Person continues to serve as a director of the Issuer's Board. | The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein, except to the extent of the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest therein, if any.
