Each American Depositary Share ("ADS") represents ten Ordinary Shares of the issuer. Our ADSs and Ordinary Shares are fully fungible. For purposes of this Form 4, we are reporting this in terms of ADSs. | The sales by the Reporting Person on August 18, 2025 (reported on the Form 4 filed on August 19, 2025) and on April 2, 2025 (reported on the Form 4 filed on April 3, 2025) of an aggregate 10,000 ADSs were matchable under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act with the purchase by the Reporting Person of 10,000 ADSs on September 10, 2025 (reported herein). The Reporting Person has agreed to deliver a payment to the Issuer in the amount of $72,111.22, which represents the full amount of the profit realized in connection with these short-swing transactions under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act.
