The Class A voting shares and Class B non-voting shares were held of record by Liberty Global Ventures Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Global Ltd. | This report on Form 4 is filed jointly by Liberty Global Ltd. and Liberty Global Ventures Limited. | On May 6, 2025, in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Arrangement Agreement, dated January 29, 2025, as amended March 12, 2025, by and among the Issuer, Lionsgate Studios Corp. ("New Lionsgate") (f/k/a Lionsgate Studios Holding Corp.), LG Sirius Holdings ULC and Lionsgate Studios Holding Corp.
