Represents an award of restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A common stock ("Class A common stock") of TPG Inc. 25% of the RSUs will vest on each of July 15, 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through the vesting date. | Represents an award of performance stock units ("PRSUs").
