Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs"), each of which represents a contingent right to receive a share of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer following the vesting date. The RSUs will vest in equal annual installments on each of March 10, 2027, 2028 and 2029, generally subject to the reporting person's continued service. | Represents a grant of performance RSUs ("PSUs") at the minimum number of shares that can be earned.
