On May 2, 2025, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (the "Issuer") granted the reporting person an equity award consisting of 6,263 shares of restricted stock pursuant to the Issuer's non-employee director compensation policy (the "Policy") and 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan.
