On May 2, 2025, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (the "Issuer") granted the reporting person an equity award consisting of 6,263 shares of restricted stock pursuant to the Issuer's non-employee director compensation policy (the "Policy") and 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. Such shares of restricted stock will vest in full on the earlier of (i) May 2, 2026; and (ii) the date of the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders, provided that the next annual meeting of stockholders is at least 50 weeks after the date of the Issuer's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. | Includes 6,263 shares of unvested restricted stock; 20,559 shares of common stock owned of record by an IRA for the account of the reporting person; and 16,402 shares of common stock owned by a trust of which the reporting person is the trustee and with respect to which the reporting person has sole voting and investment power.
