On May 1, 2025, the Issuer determined that the Reporting Person received 451,194.368 Class I Common Shares of the Issuer, effective as of April 1, 2025, in exchange for limited liability company interests (the "LLC Interests") of HarbourVest HPIF Parent LLC, then a subsidiary of HarbourVest Blue Spruce Fund L.P., a Delaware limited partnership managed by the Reporting Person and of which the Reporting Person was a limited partner (the "Transaction"). The LLC Interests were contributed by HarbourVest Blue Spruce Fund L.P. as of April 1, 2025, to the Issuer, based on the Issuer's determination of its net asset value of the Class I Common Shares as of April 1, 2025. Following the Transaction, HarbourVest HPIF Parent LLC became a subsidiary of the Issuer. | HarbourVest Blue Spruce Fund L.P. holds these securities on behalf of the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person may be deemed to have dispositive and voting power over these securities.
