Restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to non-employee directors pursuant to the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation 2022 Omnibus Stock Award Plan will vest in full on May 15, 2026. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's common stock. The reporting person has elected to defer the receipt of common stock upon the vesting of the RSUs, and upon vesting of the RSUs, will receive deferred stock units ("DSUs") under the Amended and Restated Louisiana-Pacific Corporation Non-Employee Directors Compensation Plan.
