The 990 Series C MuniFund Preferred Shares (the "MFP Shares") reported as acquired of in Table I represent MFP Shares of the Issuer that, prior to the transaction date specified above, were indirectly beneficially owned by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association ("JPMCB"). On February 27, 2020, JPMCB deposited the MFP Shares into a trust designated as the J.P. Morgan PUTTERs/DRIVERs, Series 5033 Trust (the "Trust") as was reflected in a previous filing on March 3, 2020. On the transaction date specified above, the Trust was terminated and JPMCB is now the direct beneficial owner of the MFP Shares.
