On January 7, 2025, the Board of Directors approved a grant of 520,000 options to acquire 520,000 shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Common Stock") to Mr. Corbett, with an effective grant date of January 21, 2025 (the "Grant Date") and an exercise price equal to the closing price of a share of Common Stock on Nasdaq on the Grant Date of $8.73.
