On June 6, 2025, the Company effected a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its common stock. All share and exercise price amounts reported herein reflect the reverse stock split. Prior to the reverse stock split, the reporting person was granted options to purchase 22,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.3200 per share. | The shares subject to the option will vest on the earlier of May 27, 2026 or the day immediately prior to the next annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through such date; provided, however that the option will vest in full upon a change in control of the Issuer.
