Grant vesting occurs 25% on each of the first four anniversaries of the date of grant (which date of grant is 05/01/2025) in accordance with the Company's 2021 Stock Incentive Plan. Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") receives quarterly dividend equivalents each time a dividend is paid on the Company's common stock and ultimately will be paid out in the form of one share of the Company's common stock (1 to 1 conversion). The number of RSUs was calculated based on Republic's closing stock price on 05/01/2025 ($249.41).
