Deferred Restricted Stock Units ("DSU") granted May 16, 2025 pursuant to the Albany International Corp. Non-Employee Director Compensation Plan under the Albany International Corp. 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan. Each DSU entitles the holder to receive one share of Class A Common Stock at the time of vesting. The reporting person will receive cash dividends on these DSUs, paid by the Issuer in such amount and at such time as periodically declared by its Board of Directors. | 1,953 Deferred Restricted Stock Units ("DSU") will vest on the earlier of (a) January 1, 2034, or (b) in the event of the reporting person's death or disability, or a change of ownership control of the Company, the effective date of such event. Should the reporting person separate from service prior to the aforementioned date/events,1,953 DSUs will vest as to 20% over a period of five years on each anniversary of the separation date.
