Deferred Restricted Stock Units ("DSU") granted May 16, 2025 pursuant to the Albany International Corp. Non-Employee Director Deferred Compensation Plan under the Albany International Corp. 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan. Each DSU entitles the holder to receive one share of Class A Common Stock at the time of vesting.
