Deferred Restricted Stock Units ("DSU") granted May 16, 2025 pursuant to the Albany International Corp. Non-Employee Director Deferred Compensation Plan under the Albany International Corp. 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan. Each DSU entitles the holder to receive one share of Class A Common Stock at the time of vesting. The reporting person will receive cash dividends on these DSUs, paid by the Issuer in such amount and at such time as periodically declared by its Board of Directors. | 1953 DSUs will vest on the earlier of (a) January 1, 2034, or (b) in the event of the reporting person's death, disability or separation from service, or a change of ownership control of the Company, the effective date of such event.
