Andrew Cherng and Peggy Cherng together own 100% of the voting interests of CFIC-2015. | On May 27, 2025, the Issuer issued a common stock purchase warrant to CFIC-2015 for the purchase of up to 39,339,103 shares of Common Stock, exercisable at the Share Price (the "2025 Warrant").
