On June 11, 2025, the reporting person transferred 3,746 shares of common stock of the issuer to the Cormier Family Revocable Trust for no consideration. The reporting person is trustee of the trust, and the reporting person and members of her immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the trust. The reporting person remains the beneficial owner of the securities held by the trust. | The shares underlying the option shall vest and become exercisable as follows: 1/4th of the underlying shares vested on 5/17/23 (the first anniversary of the grant date), following which 1/48th of the underlying shares shall vest on a monthly basis thereafter such that all of the underlying shares shall be vested on 5/17/26 (the fourth anniversary of the grant date).
