(the "Company") granted upon settlement of previously awarded restricted stock units with service-based vesting conditions ("TSUs"). | These TSUs were granted under the Amplify Energy Corp. Equity Incentive Plan. Such TSUs were scheduled to vest on July 1, 2025 so long as the reporting person remained a member of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") through the vesting date. In connection with Mr. Craddock's service on the Board ending following the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 13, 2025, the vesting of the TSUs was accelerated.
