Internal transfer of Wang Xuning's indirect holding of SN shares from JS&W Global Holding Limited Partnership to JS&W Group Holdings Limited Partnership. Wang Xuning, as the settlor of a trust, which indirectly wholly owns the general partner and indirectly owns the same controlling interest in the limited partner in each of JS&W Global Holding Limited Partnership and JS&W Group Holdings Limited Partnership, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares owned directly by JS&W Global Holding Limited Partnership and JS&W Group Holdings Limited Partnership. Wang Xuning reserves the right to revoke the trust without the consent of another person and exercises investment control over the Issuer's securities held by the trust. As a result, there are no changes to Wang Xuning's beneficial ownership from the internal transfer. Mr. Wang disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
