On March 24, 2026, Mr. Bacon received 419 fully vested Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") of Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Company") in lieu of the dividend equivalent due on the portion of Mr. Bacon's existing RSUs in which he made such election, which was paid by the Company on March 24, 2026. Mr. Bacon has elected to defer his dividend equivalents and receipt of the common stock into which the RSUs are converted until January 1, 2027, or sooner upon a change in control or his service as a director is terminated, pursuant to a pre-established deferral election.
