Each restricted stock unit (RSU) represents the right to receive, following vesting, one share of Intel common stock. | Unless earlier forfeited under the terms of the award, 100% of the RSUs vest and convert into common stock on the earlier of of the first anniversary of the grant date (or next business date, if applicable), or the date of the 2026 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. | Unless earlier forfeited under the terms of the award, 100% of the RSUs vest and convert into common stock immediately, unless that date falls on a non-business date, in which case the next business date shall apply.
