Second Amended and Restated 2009 Equity Incentive Plan (the Equity Incentive Plan) and vest in four equal annual installments of 25% each, commencing on 5/6/2026. Vested RSUs will be paid in shares of the Company's common stock on a one-to-one basis. | These shares include 1,424 Dividend Equivalents (DEs) granted pursuant to the Equity Incentive Plan and subject to a qualifying dividend reinvestment plan.
