The Initial Form 4 incorrectly reported that the reporting person was granted stock options. As reported in this amendment, the reporting person was granted 53,324 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), awarded pursuant to Issuer's 2017 Incentive Compensation Plan, and not 226,138 stock options, as reported in the Initial Form 4. Restrictions on the RSUs lapse in four equal annual installments, commencing 4/1/2026.
