Twenty-five percent (25%) of the shares subject to the RSU will vest on the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date and, thereafter, the remaining seventy-five (75%) will vest in substantially equal installments, in each case subject to the Officer's continuous service with the Company through each vesting date. | The option shall vest as follows: twenty-five (25%) of the shares subject to the Option will vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date and, thereafter, the remaining seventy-five percent (75%) of the shares subject to the Option shall vest and become exercisable in thirty-six (36) substantially equal monthly installments following the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, in each case, subject to the Officer's continuous service with the Company through each vesting date.
