Each restricted stock unit (RSU) represents the right to receive cash in an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of a share of Navient common stock as of the vesting date. | Represents a grant of common stock to the reporting person in the form of RSUs pursuant to the Navient Corporation 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
