Pursuant to a power of substitution, the Reporting Person transferred 4,000 shares of Issuer common stock to each of the trust accounts reported above in exchange for assets of equal value. The transfers were made at a price per share equal to $243.90, which represents the average of the high and low price per share of Issuer common stock on August 19, 2025. These transfers did not change the total number of shares of Issuer common stock for which the Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership. The Reporting Person believes that the transfer of shares to these trusts constitutes a change in the form of beneficial ownership of such shares, exempted by Rule 16a-13 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
