On November 5, 2025, the Reporting Person received a stock option award ("Option"), vesting in 12 substantially equal monthly installments, beginning on December 5, 2025, as reported on the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on November 6, 2025. On November 25, 2025 the Reporting Person entered into a consulting agreement with the Company pursuant to which the Option was amended to reduce the number of ordinary shares subject to the Option and to provide that the Option shall vest in full on December 31, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on such date.
