All of the Restricted Stock Units which were previously granted to the reporting person on April 16, 2025 (the "April 2025 Restricted Stock Units") vested on the date of the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of EQT Corporation (the "Company") held on April 14, 2026 (the "Vesting Date"). On the Vesting Date, the reporting person received a number of shares of Company common stock equal to the number of April 2025 Restricted Stock Units. | Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a right to receive one share of Company common stock. | Includes accrued dividends. | All of the Restricted Stock Units granted to the reporting person on April 14, 2026 will vest on the date of the Company's 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, subject to the conditions set forth in the award.
