("AIP Fund VI"), the managing member of AIP Vertex GP LLC, which is the general partner of AIPCF VI Vertex Aerospace Funding LP ("Vertex Funding"). Vertex Holdco is a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Vertex Funding. | These shares are held directly by Lightship Capital LLC ("Lightship").
