The original Form 4 inadvertently included the incorrect number of shares acquired and beneficially owned by the Reporting Person. | Includes 117,600 Class A shares representing limited liability company interests (the "Class A shares") in LandBridge Company LLC that are directly held by Wincrest Ventures, LP ("Wincrest Ventures").
