The number of securities reported herein have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split. | Shares held by Davin Family Nominee Trust u/a 4/16/04 ("Davin Family Trust"), of which the Reporting Person and his spouse serve as trustees. The Reporting Person disclaims Section 16 beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Davin Family Trust, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, if any, and this report shall not be deemed to be an admission that he has beneficial ownership of such shares for Section 16 or any other purpose.
