This amended Form 4 is being filed solely to (i) correct the inadvertent error in the reporting person's Form 4 filed on December 16, 2025 (the "Original Form 4") in the number of securities beneficially owned in Column 5 in Table I following the vesting of the reporting person's restricted stock units ("RSUs") as reported in this amended Form 4 and (ii) correct the filer's inadvertent failure to check the box that the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16.
