The corrected amount of shares withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability was 79 shares. | Due to immaterial clerical rounding errors, the reporting person's Original Form 4 inadvertently reported an incorrect total amount of securities directly beneficially owned by the reporting person and mistakenly indicated an incorrect amount of unvested restricted stock units owned. The corrected amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person is 9,990, of which 1,314 shares represent unvested restricted stock units.
