Reflects the vesting and release of awards granted in 2023 under the 2014 Performance Share Plan Rules on February 23, 2026 (including the award of 1,042 additional Ordinary Shares as dividend equivalents), pursuant to certification of the achievement of pre-established performance goals by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer (the "Compensation Committee"). | Mandatory withholding of sufficient Ordinary Shares to cover applicable tax liabilities arising in connection with the aforementioned awards. | Each restricted share unit ("RSU") represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer.
