Represents an equal number of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive a share of the Issuer's Class A common stock on the date it vests, subject to continued service of the reporting person through the applicable vesting date.
