The Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently included footnotes stating that the Reporting Person had "sold" stock. The Reporting Person did accurately list the proper transaction code on the original Form 4. As reported in this amendment, the erroneous footnotes have been corrected to indicate that the shares were "purchased."
