Reflects shares of common stock surrendered to Issuer to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units. | Represents the vesting of performance-based restricted stock units ("PSUs") granted on March 7, 2023. The initial target grant of 16,914 PSUs was reported on the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on March 9, 2023 (the "Original Form 4"), with the actual number of shares to be issued upon vesting ranging from 0-200% of the target grant amount based on the level of achievement of certain performance criteria. Based on the Issuer's level of achievement of the performance criteria, the PSUs vested at 200% of the target grant amount.
