Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person. Each RSU represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock of the Issuer. The RSUs will vest with respect to 25% on each anniversary of the grant date through the fourth anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer on each such vesting date. | This option represents a right to purchase shares of common stock of the Issuer. This option will vest as to 25% on March 30, 2027 and in equal monthly installments thereafter through March 30, 2030, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer on each such vesting date.
