This security represents restricted stock units (the "RSUs") granted under the Issuer's 2025 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer. | The RSUs shall vest in five (5) equal annual installments beginning on April 8, 2027, such that the RSUs shall be fully vested on April 8, 2031, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through each such date. | These shares are owned by Backbone Partners, LLC ("Backbone").
