Represents shares of Ondas Holdings Inc. (the "Company") common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Common Stock"), received upon vesting of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). | These shares were sold by the Company to fund tax liability attributable to the vesting of the RSUs. | Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock. | On June 23, 2025, the reporting person was granted 100,000 RSUs. The RSUs (i) vested 12.5% on September 23, 2025 and (ii) vest 87.5% in seven successive equal quarterly installments, provided that the reporting person is an officer of the Company on the applicable vesting dates.
