On February 18, 2026, LCCA Holdings, LLC and the Issuer entered into a Stock Surrender Agreement, whereby LCCA Holdings, LLC surrendered 16,178 shares of common stock to the Issuer for cancellation. LCCA Holdings, LLC surrendered these shares for tax planning purposes and did not receive any consideration from the Issuer in connection with such surrender. The Issuer's Board of Directors approved the Stock Surrender Agreement and the accompanying transactions. | The Reporting Person is the manager of LCCA Holdings, LLC.
