In accordance with the ESPP, these shares were purchased based on 85% of the closing price of Cousins common stock on November 28, 2025. | Includes 22,129 of restricted stock awarded under the Cousins Properties Incorporated (CPI) 2019 Omnibus Incentive Stock Plan.
