On March 14, 2026, the Reporting Person was awarded 15,935 restricted stock units (the "RSUs") under the Rush Street Interactive, Inc. 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (as amended, the "Plan"). The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each such vesting date. | On March 14, 2026, the Reporting Person was awarded 31,870 RSUs under the Plan, in lieu of the Reporting Person's base salary for fiscal year 2026.
