The reported shares are directly owned by Adam K. Peterson ("Mr. Peterson"), The Magnolia Group, LLC ("TMG") and Magnolia Capital Fund ("MCF"). TMG is the general partner and investment manager of MCF. Mr. Peterson is the managing member of TMG.
