Common shares of beneficial interest, par value $.04 per share (the "Common Shares"), of Vornado Realty Trust. | Reflects the number of Common Shares distributed in accordance with the requirements of the grantor retained annuity trust to a family trust of which the reporting person is not a trustee. | On May 16, 2023, the reporting person contributed 500,000 Common Shares to a grantor retained annuity trust. Upon termination of the trust on May 16, 2025, 283,727 of the Common Shares were transferred to a trust for the benefit of the reporting persons family.
