Represents the number of shares of the Issuer's common stock ("Common Stock") underlying restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person on June 3, 2025. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock upon settlement. 100% of the RSUs vest and settle into Common Stock on July 19, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan) through such date. | Longview Capital Group Limited ("LCGL") is the sole equityholder of Longview Grindr Holdings Limited ("LGHL"). The Reporting Person is the sole equityholder of LCGL and exercises ultimate voting and investment power of the equity interests held by LCGL and LGHL. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
