Case Revocable Trust under agreement, dated December 17, 1998, as amended (the "Trust"). Mr. Case serves as the sole trustee of the Trust and has the sole power to direct the vote and disposition of the shares held by the Trust. | These shares of Common Stock were granted under the Company's 2017 Equity and Incentive Award Plan as 2025 director compensation prorated from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
