Payment of tax liability by withholding securities incident to vesting of performance stock units. | Due to an administrative error, the Form 4 filed on February 21, 2025 inadvertently reflected an incorrect amount of shares withheld for the payment of tax liability. As reflected in this amendment, the correct number of shares withheld on February 20, 2025 was 3,189 shares.
