Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock. The restricted stock units are granted pursuant to the BlackSky Technology Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. The number of restricted stock units was calculated based on the closing price of a share of BlackSky Technology Inc.'s Class A Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange on September 9, 2022.
